Mouse bow polka dot dress with flutter sleeve

The Minnie dress arrived super wrinkled that I would be embarrassed to give it as is, so I need to wash it before giving it to the gift recipient. Fabric doesn't feel very soft, kinda that itchy polyester material. Will be fine as dress up for a 2 year old to add to her costume bucket.
