The elastic headbands are for an infant/toddler or small child. They do seem to run small and are tighter on the head, but Anna-Grace who is 4 wears all of these.
Shipping was incredibly fast! Can’t wait to have my 5 month old wear these to Disney in a couple months!!

I love the headband but the material is not really stretchy at all.. it won’t comfortably go on my almost 1 year old it makes me sad because I really wanted it to fit her for her first Disney trip!
